Forrester Calls Codey Withdrawal More Politics as Usual in New Jersey

Corzine Anointment Means No Change in Trenton

(West Windsor) – Conservative Businessman Doug Forrester issued the following statement in response to Acting Governor Codey’s announcement that he would not seek a full term as governor.

“It's unfortunate that Dick Codey won't be running because he brought some positive things to the table. But Senator Corzine and all Democrats have a lot to answer for in terms of the waste, fraud and corruption that have plagued our state for the last several years,” said Forrester. “How can we trust Senator Corzine to take on the culture of corruption in Trenton when Bob Torricelli is his closest advisor?”
