“We filed the request because Dennis Levinson
told Scott McKnight at the end of their conversation that he had taped him,”
said Ron Ruff, executive director of the county campaign. “Levinson crossed the
line taping the conversation on a county phone on county time for purely
political reasons. He was not doing this for the benefit of the citizens of
Atlantic County,” Ruff said.
