EXCLUSIVE

TIME TO INITIATE A
FORMAL INVESTIGATION
INTO JOANNE ARMBRUSTER ...

ALSO, THIS IS AN INDEPTH
ANALYSIS OF BREAKING EVENTS
REGARDING DECISION 2005
IN ATLANTIC CITY

We cannot imagine any Governor reappointing her to continue as Atlantic County Superintendent of Elections ever again!

It has only been (actually less then) a day since Armbruster gave her "proxy" to local attorney George Miller ... to literally run out of breath in to Judge Val Armstrong's court ... To advise that Armbruster had "fired" the Attorney General as her legal counsel ...

We have consulted with several talented attorneys on matters such as this ... They can hardly believe that Armbruster did this. First, everyone that we have spoken with agrees that Armbruster that Armbruster doesn't even have the authority to do this ...

By statute, the NJ Attorney General's office is the legal counsel to the Office of the Superintendent of Elections ... They represent the office ... not Armbruster personally.

Second, why would she want to fire the Attorney General anyway?

The only reason we can provide at this point is that the Attorney General's office yesterday did not object to all absentee ballots being impounded ... They didn't come out and tell Judge Armstrong to impound all absentee ballots ... But, they didn't object to the ballots being impounded.

After this dramatic exchange yesterday in Judge Armstrong's court ... Next, enters George Miller ... As previously reported, he came bearing the news that Armbruster wanted to hire her own attorney ... Why? She has one ... The very best that taxpayer money can buy ... They very experts who do this for a professional living!

Who could Armbruster obtain to do a better job representing her office? Why does she not want the New Jersey Attorney General?

We are calling for an investigation into Armbruster ... For years we have chronicled actions taken by her which appear to not be in the best interests of our free and fair electoral system.

We strongly believe that Armbruster has gone too far this time ... We are confidant that there will be some fallout to what occurred yesterday in Judge Armstrong's court ...

People with more then 30 years of election law experience have told us that they have no memory of any Superintendent of Elections ever "firing" the Attorney General.

Something doesn't smell right here ... It will be interesting to see who Armbruster has selected to represent her this Monday at the Armstrong hearing regarding impounding all absentee ballots in Atlantic City ...

Also, why would Dan Gallagher's law partner (George Miller) be the one Armbruster gave her proxy to in order to provide Judge Armstrong with the Attorney General "Your Fired" notification?

This is beyond just odd ... It is disturbing ... and, it wreaks of something irregular ...

A source told us at 7:30 a.m. this morning that Armstrong may have attempted to avoid being "served" last evening at her home ... The person serving Armstrong was told that she was not  home ... and, there was allegedly reluctance to accept the serving of the court subpoena ... We are reporting at this time that this part of our report is alleged at this point ... Look for an update later today as we firm up the details of this part of the story.

We applaud Judge Armstrong's decision to allow the Levy campaign to be generally served one subpoena last night ... Gallagher had hoped that 17 different people would have to be served over the weekend ... If the past is any indication of what would have occurred here ... The people (17 of them) would have gone into hiding and thus avoided being served ...

The Levy campaign was severed last night with the subpoena ...

The Gallagher/Callaway/Levy campaign had one of the worst days in Atlantic County political history ... They had hundreds of messenger ballot applications tossed ... The Attorney General's Office is here to stay in both Mays Landing and Atlantic City offices (through Election Day) ... The Attorney General's Office has implemented for the first time ever, a tracking system for each messenger absentee ballot ...

Additionally, Local 54 Members uncovered more then 100 instances of election fraud yesterday in Atlantic City ... TV 40 has been doing a great job in an investigative series... They have captured much video, including people who never requested an absente ballot ... and, others who have confirmed that they are well enough to vote at the polls and that they want to vote at the polls ...

Also, TV 40 captured video yesterday of a screaming ... out of control, Craig Callaway (AKA Farooq Salaam) ... It is so easy to tell that things are not going well for the Callaway Political Syndicate ...

If this continues, there is a chance for a free and fair election this Tuesday in Atlantic City ... We are convinced that in a free and fair and honest election ... Mayor Lorenzo Langford will win in a landslide ...

The Levy campaign has placed all of its political eggs in several gimmick baskets ... Namely 400-500 Republicans playing mischief ... crossing over into the Democratic Primary and voting for Levy ... And, the main political entree was a massive absentee/messenger absentee ballot program ... in numbers that could make Levy a winner ... This doesn't appear to be possible at this time based upon the legitimate presence of the Attorney General ... the incredible efforts by Local 54 to go door-to-door and expose problems ... And, more media (not just us) are doing their job pretty darn well ...

The Levy campaign has literally melted in facing the light of day and truth!

Tuesday, the weather forecast in Atlantic City is Sunny and the temperature will be in the low to mid 70's ... Langford's re-election prospects look just as sunny!
