Judge
Val Armstrong's court ordered that certain individuals had to be served with
notice (subpoena) in advance of Monday's hearing before her court
...
Atlantic County Superintendent of Elections, Joanne Armbruster is one
of those people!
Last
night, Armbruster went to great lengths to avoid being served ... Attorney Joe
Gindhart has told us over the years how Armbruster has done this kind of thing
in the past ... Here's what we can tell you about last night
...
A
person (FOR THIS REPORT ... WE ARE CALLING "THE MAN") arrived to
Armbruster's home last night ... A young women answered the door ... "THE MAN"
asked if "Joanne Armbruster was there"? ... The young woman said, "No."
"THE
MAN" then asked if "this is Joanne Armbruster's home?" The young woman
answered, "Yes."
"THE
MAN" handed the young woman a "package" (subpoena) to give to
Armbruster.
As "THE
MAN" walked back to his car ... The young women raced out and told him to
take back the "package" back, and that she would not accept it ... "THE
MAN" stated that he would not take the package back
...
The young woman gave the package back ... "THE MAN" gave the
women the package back for the final time and advised the
women that "Armbruster has been served."
Do you
see (to) the degree and exactly how Joanne Armbruster plays what she thinks is a
game?
We are
very confidant that we have confirmed that Joanne Armbruster has been legally
"served."
Won't
it be something if this Monday ... Armbruster fails to appear before Judge
Armstrong ... And, with her new attorney ... maintains that she was never
served?
We will
be following this developing story very closely ... Expect further reports as
warranted!
This
sure does remind us of about two years ago ... When Gindhart tried to serve
Armbruster a subpoena for the Callaway trial before Judge Max Baker
... Armbruster was unavailable by car ... or, any other means whatsoever then
... And, Gindhart actually was unable to promptly serve Armbruster
...
Not
this time ... Last night ... Armbruster was legally
served!
EDITOR'S NOTE: HarryHurley.com has also confirmed that the
subpoena will be faxed to Armbruster with receipt confirmation at her
Superintendent of Elections Office ... There will be no denying that she has
been served!
A more
important question though ... Why would a Superintendent of Elections behave
like this?
