While Bob Levy is in the process of publicly attempting to run away from his brother, Craig Callaway, in light of Callaway's plea to Criminal Corruption, his actions speak much more loudly than his words. Levy won't even say his brothers name any more.

The Citizen's Committee For Fiscal Responsibility in Atlantic City have beaten Callaway and Levy on every trick and scheme that Levy and Callaway have cooked up for the past eight months.

Most recently, the Citizens Committee defeated Levy and Callaway in NJ Superior Court with respect to their bogus salary increase scheme.

Judge Armstrong ordered that the question (to decide Callaway and Levy's plan to give themselves, their family and friends salary increases ranging from 30% to 100% per year), to be placed on this November's Election Ballot, in order that the people of Atlantic City can decide this matter for themselves.

This gave the citizens committee, a hard-earned victory against Levy and Callaway, that they deserved. This was not good enough for Craig Callaway and Bob Levy, though.

This was especially egregious, in view of the fact that all of Levy and Callaway's actions for years have been justified by merely being with the purpose to allow more people the opportunity to vote.

This was in spite of the fact that Levy and Callaway have spent the past eight months, and countless tax-payer dollars attempting to block the citizens right to vote.

Bob Levy has pretended all along to be opposed to this salary increase scheme, but has done nothing to curtail it throughout this entire process.

To the contrary, Levy has consistently laid obstacles for the citizens who have been legitimately attempting to fight them.

However, on the day that Craig Callaway was pleading guilty in US Federal Court to Criminal Corruption and Bribery charges, Bob Levy was continuing to take his orders from Craig Callaway, by directing the appeal of Judge Armstrong's decision to allow the citizens of Atlantic City to vote for or against the outrageous salary raises.

The truth is very simple to discern here. Because, if Bob Levy was truly against the Callaway and Levy salary scheme, than why has he ordered an appeal of Judge Armstrong's decision? (More on this at a later date).

This is truly an assault against the people of Atlantic City. Levy has feigned opposition to the salary scheme, while forcing the citizens to do his job once again, and when they were successful, Levy has attempted to deny them their justice, once again.

What is most alarming in this matter, is that even while Craig Callaway is on his way to jail for his criminal conduct, Bob Levy is obviously still taking his orders from him.

This is just one more reason that Bob Levy must resign immediately.

Atlantic City government has been corrupted at all levels. This is in large measure due to Bob Levy and his willingness to be utilized as a willing political accomplice of a criminal syndicate. This is a syndicate that places their own selfish interests ahead of the public that they all have previously sworn to serve.

I am still wondering if an oath counts, when it is taken upon the Quran, and the individual taking the oath has no Muslim beliefs?

Isn't it normal for people to swear upon instruments that they have some belief in? But than again, we are talking about Bob Levy here.

Atlantic City needs a thorough cleansing at all levels of government. Those that aligned themselves to advance the Callaway and Levy malicious agenda, must be removed from office at the earliest possible moment.

None of this is possible as long as Bob Levy continues to serve as a puppet for a criminal syndicate, and is permitted to carry on this charade that he is really the Mayor of Atlantic City.

I am urging others to join me in calling for the immediate resignation from Bob Levy.

Please, do not allow Levy to carry out the orders from this corrupt gang any longer!

Now is the time for action, as it is has been proven that Levy is still taking his orders from a criminal syndicate.
